I work three jobs, I have responsibilities, and some days I really just don’t feel like doing anything.
I’ve had a complicated relationship with food, and extreme plans have never worked for me.
So I stopped trying to be perfect and built something realistic instead.
This is the exact system I’m using to lose weight while still living a real life.
