What I Eat in a Day to Lose Weight (Realistic, No Restrictions)

I don’t eat perfectly.

I don’t cut out everything.

And I DEFINITELY don’t follow some strict, unrealistic meal plan.

But I am trying to lose weight… and this is what a normal day of eating actually looks like for me.

Breakfast

Something quick and simple.. usually eggs and toast or even a protein shake if I’m in a rush or too lazy to cook.

Lunch

Something easy like a chicken wrap or a sandwich with fruit.

Dinner

A normal meal… protein, carbs, and something on the side. Nothing extreme.

Snacks

This ones important… I don’t avoid snacks. I just try to keep them quick and simple.. yogurt, fruit, or something quick and easy.

The biggest thing that changed everything

I STOPPED TRYING TO BE PERFECT.

I just started being consistent.
